Customer Purchasing Terms

By agreeing to these purchasing terms, you:

1 - Represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.  It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this site.

2 - Understand that we only ship to US addresses and have checked the shipping address submitted to be accurate. Rolik® cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses and any reshipments are at the customer's own expense. Rolik® cannot be responsible for determining whether items can or cannot be shipped outside the United States using a freight forwarding company.

3 - Have reviewed our return policy listed here and understand that due to the discreet, sensitive and hygienic nature of the items sold, we can not accept satisfaction returns or exchanges. If you have any questions about a product, please email us (hi@shoprolik.com) before purchasing. 

4 - Understand that Rolik® has the right to cancel items/orders and provide a partial/full refund to the payment method used if not fulfillable for any reason.
